Packages shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground will not require a delivery signature unless requested by you. When you check-out please use the comments section to have us add "signature required" to your shipment. Additional fees apply.
The FedEx Hold at Location & FedEx Onsite Savings Program:
FedEx offers pick-up services through available FedEx Print Ship Centers, or FedEx Onsite thru Walgreens, and Dollar General Stores. The cost to ship to these locations is much lower than "Home" delivery
*Important Note. After your shipment arrives there is a Five-day Window to pick-up your order. Order Tracking and Delivery Provided by Email.

We take the utmost pride and care when shipping your order. When your order arrives and there is damage to the product, please call or email to notify us of the problem. A new shipment will be initiated and shipped to you.
*In some cases, the carrier will notify us that a package has been damaged and is being returned. In this situation, you will be notified of the delay and receive an update that your new package has been shipped.
